We have received the Michelin 2023 plaque from Royal Bliss, which revalidates our presence in the prestigious guide for Spain and Portugal.
We will continue to work every day to maintain our vision of gastronomy, which we define as a cuisine of time. Just enough time to achieve the right cooking point for the main produce of the dish and enough time for the rest of the ingredients that make up the dish to be in perfect harmony. A cuisine with flavours that you will recognise, that will take you back to other times in your life, because they are simple, sincere and close to you. They are obviously sifted by the vision of Juan Carlos Ferrando, and his experience over the years.
